We’re available on Xing, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Linkedin…. No, those aren’t names of late 90s cartoon shows. Those are social online networks for business, fun and jobs. But of course you’ve known that already, you’re reading a blog after all. For my standards at least, that means you’re a sophisticated person if it comes to the internet.

I won’t tell you I don’t like the comfort of being able to check out what Jack in Ireland, who I’ve met  during my time in England, had for breakfast – or why Emi, living somewhere in the suburbs of Tokyo, didn’t like the new Harry Potter movie.

Even if I don’t admit it, I like to known such things. It connects.

It’s almost as if the shiny cellphone in my hand was able to bend time and space, create a wormhole for me to reach through and hug my friend on the other side of the world.

Worlds seem to blend…. And we just float.

Where’re we heading, I wonder.
